With a background in administration, project coordination, and creative problem-solving, Janice brings intention and attention to detail to everything she does. Outside of work, Janice enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her toddler.

Field Operations Manager
Michelle oversees day-to-day field operations to ensure investor projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to standard. She works directly with crews to identify issues early, solve problems on-site, and keep work moving forward—helping protect project schedules, budgets, and overall investment performance.
She thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her hands-on approach and practical problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and staying active at the gym. Many are surprised to learn she entered remodeling with no prior experience and mastered the field in just three years.

Rodrigo manages communication with vendors to keep investor projects aligned, accountable, and progressing as planned. By serving as a consistent point of contact, he helps prevent miscommunication, address issues quickly, and reduce delays that can impact project timelines and costs.
With a background in property management and communications, Rodrigo brings strong coordination and problem-solving skills to his role. Guided by responsibility, honesty, respect, and empathy, he takes pride in supporting smooth project execution. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, gaming, and dreaming of living in Scotland for its dramatic, moody landscapes.

Travis works closely with investors to solve problems, streamline projects, and drive strong returns. He serves as a strategic partner throughout the investment process—ensuring clear communication, proactive decision-making, and alignment between project goals and financial outcomes.
With a background in finance and real estate investment, Travis brings a relationship-first, results-driven approach to every project. Guided by integrity, hard work, and trust, he focuses on creating smooth, positive experiences for all stakeholders. Outside of work, Travis enjoys golfing, traveling, staying active, and dreaming of a future lake house in Texas where he can spend time on the water.
