Guided by integrity, empathy, and continuous growth, Janice strives to build trust and deliver her best in every project. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her toddler.

Michelle Reyes

Field Operations Manager
Michelle coordinates projects and supports operations at Red Rock Construction Co. and Vida Hermosa, bringing organization, problem-solving, and a positive attitude to every task. She thrives in fast-paced environments, finding creative ways to improve workflows and support her team. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and staying active at the gym. People are often surprised to learn that she came to remodeling with no prior experience and mastered it in just three years.

Thania Hernandez

Office Manager
Thania is the Office Manager at Red Rock Construction Co. and Vida Hermosa, handling calls, resident requests, and office organization. She brings positivity, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to every task, always looking for ways to improve processes and support her team. Vendor Communications Coordinator

With a background in finance and real estate investment, Travis brings a relationship-first, results-driven approach to every project. Guided by integrity, hard work, and trust, he focuses on creating smooth, positive experiences for all stakeholders. Outside of work, Travis enjoys golfing, traveling, staying active, and dreaming of a future lake house in Texas where he can spend time on the water.
