With a background in administration, project coordination, and creative problem-solving, Janice brings intention and attention to detail to everything she does. Guided by integrity, empathy, and a commitment to continuous improvement, she helps build trust and consistency across every project. Outside of work, Janice enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her toddler.
Michelle Reyes
Field Operations Manager
Michelle oversees day-to-day field operations to ensure investor projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to standard. She works directly with crews to identify issues early, solve problems on-site, and keep work moving forward—helping protect project schedules, budgets, and overall investment performance.
She thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her hands-on approach and practical problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and staying active at the gym. Many are surprised to learn she entered remodeling with no prior experience and mastered the field in just three years.
Rodrigo Vera
Vendor Communications Coordinator
Rodrigo manages communication with vendors to keep investor projects aligned, accountable, and progressing as planned. By serving as a consistent point of contact, he helps prevent miscommunication, address issues quickly, and reduce delays that can impact project timelines and costs.
With a background in property management and communications, Rodrigo brings strong coordination and problem-solving skills to his role. Guided by responsibility, honesty, respect, and empathy, he takes pride in supporting smooth project execution. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, gaming, and dreaming of living in Scotland for its dramatic, moody landscapes.

Account Manager
Travis works closely with investors to solve problems, streamline projects, and drive strong returns. He serves as a strategic partner throughout the investment process—ensuring clear communication, proactive decision-making, and alignment between project goals and financial outcomes.
With a background in finance and real estate investment, Travis brings a relationship-first, results-driven approach to every project. Guided by integrity, hard work, and trust, he focuses on creating smooth, positive experiences for all stakeholders. Outside of work, Travis enjoys golfing, traveling, staying active, and dreaming of a future lake house in Texas where he can spend time on the water.

Cindy is the Office Manager at Red Rock Construction Co., where she serves as a central communication hub supporting the company’s construction and real estate operations. She helps keep investor projects running smoothly by managing calls, messages, office logistics, and inventory while ensuring communication stays clear and organized between leadership, vendors, residents, and partners.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Cindy plays an important role in keeping day-to-day operations coordinated and responsive. Her attention to detail and commitment to organization help prevent small issues from becoming larger problems, allowing teams to stay focused on delivering successful project outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, going on walks with her dog, and reading.

Katina is the Director of Finance & Operations, where she oversees the financial systems and operational processes that help investor projects run efficiently and profitably. Her focus on scalable systems and disciplined execution helps duplicate successful outcomes across every project, giving investors greater consistency, transparency, and confidence in every decision.
With more than 20 years of experience building financial and operational infrastructure for organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startups, Katina brings a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex business challenges. A former Army medic, she leads with integrity, discipline, and a mission-first mindset, believing that strong systems and empowered people are the foundation of sustainable success.
Outside of work, Katina enjoys solving logic puzzles, tackling DIY projects, and hunting for hidden treasures while thrifting. Many people are surprised to learn that her contributions on Google Maps have accumulated more than 19 million views.
Mario Jaramillo
