Outside of work, she enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her toddler.

Field Operations Manager
Michelle coordinates projects and supports operations at Red Rock Construction Co. and Vida Hermosa, bringing organization, problem-solving, and a positive attitude to every task. She thrives in fast-paced environments, finding creative ways to improve workflows and support her team. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and staying active at the gym. People are often surprised to learn that she came to remodeling with no prior experience and mastered it in just three years.

With a background in finance and real estate investment, Travis brings a relationship-first, results-driven approach to every project. Guided by integrity, hard work, and trust, he focuses on creating smooth, positive experiences for all stakeholders. Outside of work, Travis enjoys golfing, traveling, staying active, and dreaming of a future lake house in Texas where he can spend time on the water.

Mario Jaramillo

General Contractor

Mario Jaramillo is an investor-minded General Contractor who approaches every project with one filter: does this add long-term value and improve returns? As both a real estate investor and the leader of Red Rock Construction, Mario only recommends repairs and upgrades he would confidently make on his own properties—and his own home.
